JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES:
This job involves with working with the owner of an income tax preparation service to get the office organized for the current tax season.  Most of the duties through mid-April will involve answering the phones, scheduling appointments and maintaining an appointment calendar, receiving and interacting with clients, filing and collating.

Qualification and special skills:
This position is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable working in a home-based business and enjoys the upkeep of an office environment.  Also important are promptness, a polite phone manner, an ability to move from task to task with little supervision, patience, and ease with juggle tasks when tax season is in full swing and things get hectic.   Casual business attire is appropriate for this role.
