• Responsible for attainment of monthly and annual sales goals.
• Provides guidance and support to store personnel in order to attain sales and training goals and objectives.
• Ensures adherence to short and long term merchandising plans.

Essential Position Function: 

Supervises manual labor associated with the daily operation of a military food service galley and dining room food preparation process for a full food service contract. Conducts quality assurance, menu planning, scheduling, individual performance evaluations, employee orientations, sanitation trainings, and job trainings.

Main Function: 

Manual labor associated with the daily maintenance and repair of government-owned facilities. The Lead Custodian serves as the Shift Supervisor providing front-line supervision and training of adult workers with significant, long-term physical and psychological disabilities. Incumbent will monitor and report quality control inspections and report findings, including any training and re-training needs, and maintain a safe work environment.
