Inside Sales Administrative Support Posted 9-11, Hire Date ASAP



BioChain is the world leader in high quality processed bio-sample products and analysis services. We currently have an open position for a full time Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will reside in the Bay Area, have experience working in a small company, has great communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

·         Reports to Sales Manager

  • Conduct sales through telephone, e-mail, web meetings, and online
  • Able to navigate through our software and programs to assist with in-coming phone call/inquiries

·         Participate in marketing activities such as local or national trade shows, creating e-marketing campaigns, and other lead generation activities

  • Track, monitor and forecast sales pipeline through contact management software provided by the company
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Duties include and are not limited to: Daily communication with clients, creating custom sales quotes, cold calling, answering incoming technical questions, organizing marketing materials, flyers and brochures, internal presentations, etc. 

Requirements:

·         High school diploma with college degree preferred

  • Previous life science sales experience is a plus

·         Telesales in any field desired

·         Working knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology is a plus

·         Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills

  • Solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Self-motivated, creative, thorough, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
