the overall sales function of the Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope™ product line, including architectural glass and metal
products. This will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, creating new business opportunities,
increasing customer orders and developing customer relationships. As a representative of Oldcastle
BuildingEnvelope™, you will increase company revenue by growing sales of products within a specified territory.
Duties:
 Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
 Responsible for identifying and qualifying new customers
 Analyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in market
 Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, training and education
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities
Preferences
 Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and producing elevation, stock length and glass takeoffs
 Ability to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platform
 Have strong product knowledge in storefront through mid-rise projects and glass

POSITION SUMMARY: The Assembler is responsible for all aspects of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) assembly to ensure that customer’s specifications/requirements are met.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
  • Using magnification aids and stereo-microscope, solder components, and ECO wires to PCBs adhering to IPC-A-610 (current revision) standards.
  • Using hand tools, such as tweezers, to manually assemble components to PCBs.
  • Using customer Bill of Material and assembly notes, assemble boards to meet customer specifications.
  • Communicates discrepancies to the appropriate management representative in order to ensure that all products meet customer specifications.
· Read and understand customer’s drawings, specifications and requirements as they apply to printed circuit board assembly.
· Read, understand, and comply with ISO procedures and work instructions.
· Read and understand IPC specifications as related to manufacturing and inspecting printed circuit board assembly.
· Complete various forms and documentation as related to reporting inspection results.
· Communicate both verbally and written with coworkers and management regarding procedures, inspections, requirements and other elements of quality assurance.
  • Perform house keeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Interact professionally and diplomatically with managers, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Be punctual and maintain good attendance.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in the printed circuit board assembly industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, thru-hole, surface mount, electronic component identification and performing reworks on printed circuits boards a must.
  • Prior experience with ISO 9001/9002 or QS9000 preferred.
  • Ability to install hardware on assemblies, components and parts per documentation.
· Ability to read, understand, and interpret all documentations related to PCB Assembly, quality control specifications, IPC 610 certification, blue print drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Ability to use quality related measuring equipments and all hand tools required for PCB Assembly.
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality of products at all time.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time and document management and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to take on new challenges within demanding deadlines utilizing results-oriented performance style.
  • Strong work ethic, eager to learn and willing to contribute to meet company’s goal.

Position: Direct Support Instructor in the Adult Day Program Department
Hours: 30 hours per week
Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN) is a nonprofit organization. FCSN Adult Day Program is
seeking an energetic, patient, detail-oriented, and reliable direct support instructor. The position is responsible
for providing training and supervision to the developmentally disabled adults.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Provides close supervision and training to participants: ensure participants' safety and makes sure
their needs are met
 Engaging and motivating participants in learning, practicing and progressing
 Facilitating learning experience that promote participants’ autonomy, interaction, and choice
 Leads classes and/or trainings
 Drives participants to training sites or field trip destinations
 Maintains a supportive and professional relationship with participants and their families.
 Assists participants in accessing generic community based services to enhance their ability to
participate in designed activities in inclusive environments as prescribed by the participant’s
Individual Service Plan (ISP)
 Documents participants’ training and progress using data collection and participant log forms,
and prepares daily/monthly progress reports toward ISP goals & objectives
 Completes semi-annual and annual evaluation reports of participants
 Be compliant with HIPPA regulations
 Minimizes health, safety and any other risks to the well being of participants
 Performs first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and other emergency services (e.g.
evacuation during a fire) as appropriate to the needs of participants
 Attends staff meetings and trainings
 Lifts and transfers participants as necessary; assists participants with transfers in and out of
wheelchairs and safely transfers participants in case of an emergency
 Prepares special incident and adult dependent abuse reports as necessary
 Communicates effectively and proactively with the supervisor with regard to participant issues
including situations when a participant becomes a danger to self or others, there is a sudden
illness or their non-aversive behavioral plan cannot be implemented as agreed upon
Minimum Qualifications:
 Has high energy, professionalism and integrity
 Possesses an undergraduate degree in related field would be preferred
 One year of experience working with the developmentally disabled
 Excellent communication skills and writing skills
 Strong organizational, time management and computer skills
 Must have transportation and clean driving records

CAP ADVOCATE I
Bay Area Regional Office - Oakland
The Bay Area office of Disability Rights California is seeking one full-time advocate to work in our Client Assistance Program (CAP). 
The CAP Advocate shares responsibility with other legal and advocacy staff for providing information, technical assistance, outreach and training, and under the direct mentorship of senior staff, representation in administrative proceedings, to clients with disabilities. The CAP Advocate works under the direct supervision of a supervising attorney and in collaboration with other Disability Rights California attorneys and advocates in their legal, advocacy, and outreach efforts.
This position provides advocacy services under the Client Assistance Program (CAP) to Department of Rehabilitation consumers/clients and consumer/client applicants to obtain information, advocacy and other assistance to secure benefits and services available under the Rehabilitation Act or Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Please note that this is an advocate, not an attorney position.


Qualification and special skills:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(Applicants MUST meet EACH of the minimum qualifications to be considered for an interview)
1.    Two years paid or voluntary work experience as: (a) an advocate in the social service, human service, community-based, public interest or health care environments working with people with disabilities; (b) as an advocate in the practice of public interest law; or (c) as an advocate directly representing clients in administrative hearings.
