CARD HIRING EVENT!

Therapists implement in home and at school treatment programs For CARD clients and their families using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). The CARD Behavior Therapist is an integral part of the therapy team as their work directly influences client success. Therapists report to the CARD Supervisor responsible for the client’s case. CARD provides extensive initial and on-going training with opportunities for growth. CARD Behavior Therapists also have the unique opportunity to receive the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential. This position is non-exempt and part time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Represent CARD policies enthusiastically
  •  Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
  •  Provide top-quality one on one therapy in home, school and clinic settings under the direction of the clinical supervisor
  •  Set and meet performance goals for case quality, clinic quality and billable time
  •  Attend introductory and on-going training
  •  Maintain accurate and timely records
  •  Report to clinical supervisor on client progress
  •  Participate in regular meeting
  •  Minimize cancellations
  •  Maintain minimum billable requirement
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Passion for working with children 
  • Minimum of High School degree or GED 
  • Availability of 15-20 hours per week (3-8pm & 1 weekend day)
  • Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Must pass TB test, fingerprint clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * This position is non-exempt and part time with potential to be full time.
