Behavior Interventionist

MAKE A CAREER OUT OF MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Founded in 2001 by highly respected psychologists in the behavior sciences, Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST)
(www.autismtherapies.com) is the premier provider of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services. At AST we develop tailored programs that address the needs of individuals with autism and their families, schools, and communities.

Our staff is highly educated and experienced. We take great pride in having nine Ph.D.s and over 60 Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists on staff.

AST’s ABA interventions are designed to develop language and social skills within developmentally appropriate play activities and natural family routines. Program goals are developed with the individual family’s desires and routines in mind. What is important to each family is important to us. Parents participate in intervention sessions and are directly trained by interventionists and supervisors in techniques and strategies related to their child’s program.

At AST you’ll learn more, do more, and provide support for individuals and families in our community. Our clinical model offers better training and support, more development and advancement opportunities, the latest technology, community outreach, and a focus on work/ life balance.

At AST, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own path, building a career that truly matters and makes a difference in people’s lives.
