Bay Area Regional Human Resource Recruiter
Working closely with our San Francisco Bay Area Regional Vice President and his management team, as well as Auto-Chlor System’s Human Resources department, you’ll identify and attract this organization’s leadership of tomorrow. Located at our San Francisco branch, you’ll learn the recruiting, interviewing, and selection techniques which have brought us unprecedented success. You’ll also bring your own high energy, intellectual curiosity, passion for teamwork, and creative ideas to bear on this mission. You’ll travel throughout this assigned region, which also includes Manteca and Sacramento, in pursuit of superior talent.



Responsibilities include: 

  • Source, recruit and conduct early stage interviews and administer pre-employment assessments, while tracking and communicating with candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Select, evaluate, and measure appropriate and effective sources for achieving a high level of qualified candidate traffic. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. 
  • Conduct the most thorough of reference checks and background investigations, ensuring that we are entrusting our customers, our business, and our future to the best possible employees.
  • Track and constantly improve recruiting statistics which includes number of contacts made, candidate throughput, cost per hire and time-to-fill while bearing in mind that these statistics are secondary to getting the right person in the job.
  • Utilize and maximize the Internet for recruitment. Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. Utilize the Auto-Chlor website and applicant tracking system to identify qualified candidates. Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment and utilize social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Identify the commonalities of our highest achieving employees and utilize this information to help identify and select more high achievers.
  • Perform other key HR functions including employee relations, compensation and benefits, new employee onboarding, and workers comp administration.
  • Evaluate and help diligently enforce Auto-Chlor System’s Employee Safety programs.
  • Perform other special projects as assigned. 
Position Requirements
  • Your qualifications will include a Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years recruiting experience, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment.
Equipment Rebuilder (Will Train, Full-time/Part-time) 
We are currently seeking a self-motivated equipment service technician in our Santa Clara, CA branch. This individual will be rebuilding commercial dish machine equipment, learning about servicing our equipment, and working with the Senior Service Technicians and the sales team. We are looking for an independent team member that will be proactive and show initiative. 


Other responsibilities include:  
  • Trouble shooting/fixing mechanical problems efficiently and effectively
  • Performing preventative maintenance on dish machines
  • Warehouse functions 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 
  • Completes a thorough tear-down and rebuild of each piece of equipment assigned. Completed rebuilds are clean, problem free and completely functioning when installed.
  • Assists in areas of production, installation, service and sales support as deemed necessary by the Branch Manager.
  • Maintains accurate records of machine serial numbers as machines are worked. Submit this information to the Branch Manager weekly.
  • Use repair parts prudently, making distinctions between discard and reusable parts.
  • Uses all appropriate and required safety equipment and procedures.
  • Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area.
  • Participates in “on-call” rotation providing quality service to Auto-Chlor customers.

Warehouse-Production Employee (Full-Time) 
PRINCIPAL FUNCTION: Manufacturing, shipping and packaging Auto-Chlor System products. Assists in equipment rebuilding and installation. Assists with customer service issues out in the field. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  •  Mixes Raw Chemicals according to Auto-Chlor formulations and blending procedures in quantities and on a schedule determined by the branch manager following careful safety procedures.
  • Decants finished product from mixing vats into the appropriate sized container for machine or sales use. Labels container with appropriate Auto-Chlor and Safety information.
  • Prepares containers for filling, making sure containers are clean, flushed of chemical residue, and safe.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and raw material ordering.
  • Insures all containers are properly and accurately filled, sealed, labeled and stored.
  • Keeps Production area and Warehouse neat, clean and free from spills.
  • Exercises approved safety procedures at all times, wearing prescribed safety equipment.
  • Assist equipment rebuild, installation and service and sales personnel as determined by the direct supervisor.
  • May be asked to assist office personnel.
  • Must be able to drive company vehicles.
  • Runs service calls if needed
