Job Description:
- Perform cosmetic inspection and /or Functional Test validation of PCBA and/or Box builds
- Using measuring instruments, interpret component spec, operate and understand PLM system
- Read assembly drawing, BOM, Drawing, MPI, ECN, Deviation, and all other manufacturing related document for inspection
- Quality data entry and product SN scanning
- Compliance to ISO 900X, ISO 14001 and ESD S20.20 practices, proper material handling and NCR practices/systems
- Support daily schedule and Oracle transaction
Experience and Skill Requirement:
- Strong knowledge in IPC 610 workmanship standards and Cosmetic spec
- Able to use DIMM to measure R,C, L test equipment
- Able to operate AOI and/or AXI to inspect
- Basic computer skill to perform simple task (Oracle transaction, PLM system) and quality data entry
- Understand ECR/ECN and Deviation process
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to read BOM and Assembly drawing
- Able to read and follow work instruction
- Basic Quality concept. Understanding and apply AQL Sample Plans
- Basic mathematic skill
