JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES:
The Court Alternative Specialist is responsible for intake of P22 clients after court referral, and interviews out of custody parking and traffic clients. Responsible for taking payments in person and over the phone using Square. The Court Alternative Specialist also builds relationships with the non-profits we refer clients to for community service, and makes community service site visits. Assists with general reception and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualification and special skills:
- Bilingual preferred in Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese
- Computer skills
- Administrative experience
