As a Production Supervisor at Penumbra, you will supervise all production activities, ensuring that processes are performed according to current standard operating procedures
· Oversee production and pilot lines
· Coordinate the scheduling of people, materials and equipment
· Perform all personnel functions related to production assembly staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluations
· Interact with production, quality control and process engineering departments to coordinate and resolve production related issues
· Understand, prepare and report on production metrics for area of responsibility
· Audit and ensure areas are in compliance with ISO, FDA and internal regulations
Skill set Requires high school diploma or GED, and 2-4 years direct production assembly and leadership experience in a clean room environment, including 1-2 years supervisory experience. Also required are Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to effectively interface and supervise personnel from a wide variety of disciplines, cultures and backgrounds; and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
