Adhesive Products, Inc. is looking for a hard working employee to assist in the packaging of our products. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, who can take initiative to make sure they stay busy, who shows up on time, ready to work. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm each day, up to 36 hours per week, as instructed by the Production Supervisors. The wage for this position is $13.00/hour.
The job description includes, but is not limited to, the items below.
· Assist in setting up packaging operation for a single or multiple production machines, in the following departments:
o Slitting Department
o Adhesive Department
o Bottling Department
· Performs repetitive work to stuff or load products, parts, or merchandise into designated packages, boxes, crates, or other receptacles.
· Counts items placed into containers.
· Uses a gas or electric powered forklift to load and unload, move or stack materials or products. Stacks or piles materials in a safe manner at the specified locations.
· Housekeeping: All employees are responsible for keeping their work areas clean and share cleaning responsibilities within the entire plant.
