Responsibilities include the development of strategic service offerings and programs for clients as well as project, client, and performance management including the oversight of project teams and staff career development.
Key Requirement:
- Overall development of strategic consulting practice plans.
- Assist with all pre-sales and sales activities, including the development of proposals; generation of $8M revenue; and develop/improve of company processes and infrastructure.
- Participate in the interviewing/hiring of consultants.
- Previous Practice Management and Project Management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle applications, including but not limited to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials (FSCM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Exposure to all aspects of current consulting practices (marketing, sales, delivery and support).
- Market recognition is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and motivational skills.
- Willing to travel as needed
