Support Administrators.
Candidates need to be self-motivated,
reliable team players. Our company is rolling out a new mobile communications
platform to the restaurant and bar industry therefore communications and
marketing skills will be essential.
Inside Support Administrator is a full-time position. Our company is a fast growing
start-up that is expanding nationally. This position will have a great deal of growth opportunity.
Candidate must be familiar with customer service, Internet and computer
technical skills, and be a problem-solver.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing
great customer service
• Primary: Set appointments for sales
reps via telephone
• Assist with internal sales team
processes
• Undertake daily sales
reporting/clerical tasks
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience working within teams; Strong collaborating
skills
• Experienced with Mac computer applications; Pages, Numbers
etc.
Position Details:
• Full-time
• Salary Position: $36,000 per year
Training:
Initial training will be provided to
learn a script to assist in securing appointments for the sales reps.
