WORK CONDITIONS
- Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors. Work hours are subject to change. Incumbent must be willing to work days, evenings, nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods at a time, sit, use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Work in confined space. Frequent lifting, handling, or moving of objects without assistance weighing up to 50 pounds may be required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
- Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of types of industrial roll up doors, gates and fencing.
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred
- Previous experience in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting general industrial equipment. Welding experience, Ornamental Iron Fabrication.
