This opportunity for a Call Center Rep in Fremont. The position is Day Shift, temp-to-perm and will pay $15/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Call center environment managing incoming calls-heavy phone responsibility
- Make outgoing calls to follow up.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, make reservations
Requirements:
- Bilingual Mandarin speaking is required
- CRM experience required
- Flexibility – The center is open 7 days a week, schedule may include Saturdays and/or Sundays
