JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES: 

We are a company that takes pride in providing quality services across the nation. We are currently expanding our business and we are looking to hire a detail oriented Route Analyst to monitor the effectiveness of our routes. This position will work closely with our dispatch department. You will be responsible for creating queries and reports to analyze the efficiencies of our routes. The position is located in San Ramon at our corporate headquarters. 

• Daily analysis of route drivers 
• Working with the dispatch department to increase efficiencies in the field 
• Review work from the previous day and report findings to managers 
• Build queries and reports to present findings 

Qualification and special skills: 

• Must be comfortable working with numbers, analyzing data, reviewing trends
• Must be interested in learning new processes / business concepts 
• Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Beginner / Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic. 
• Strong communication skills 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Good computer skills 
• Organized 
• Problem solver 
• Able to adjust to new challenges quickly 
• College degree preferred
• Looking for business or accounting/finance emphasis
