Job Title: Sales Representative II

Location: Campbell, CA Job Description: • Research relevant organizations via the internet, the business press and possibly other sources to identify the key players/decision makers • Nurture a database of contacts and leads and identify project opportunities • Engage and network target organizations, identifying relevant senior contacts • Demonstrate the ability to present a compelling business message • Achieve agreed to Sales Targets and Performance Metrics • Be a team player and share the intelligence of possible opportunities and key individuals with your colleagues who work within similar technology offerings and vertical markets • Produce reports using the relevant reporting tools which consist of the company’s online reporting tool and/or a specific client CRM (most likely SalesForce.com) • Demonstrate teamwork, assist in documenting and improving work methods and procedures Requirements: • 3-5 years of sales experience in a call center environment • Sales experience, either field sales or internal sales position, in particular, B2B sales is highly desirable • Experience in high level engagements with potential buyers at all levels. Demonstrate ability to converse and engage with personnel at all levels within an organization • You must be self-motivated and a highly driven individual • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and react to the business needs for both the company and their clients • Able to demonstrate self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills through research and development • Technology industry knowledge is desirable, although not required • Competent in MS Office/Open Office Tools, including Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in SalesForce.com is preferred Please have interested candidates contact us at jobs@slingshotconnections.com and/or call us at 408.247.8233.
