QA Operator Job Description: • Perform First Article Inspect using check list at define process. • Perform Final Inspection functions for finish goods product using check list at define process. • Works with operators and engineers to ensure products and processes are fully compliant with work instruction and customer quality requirements. • Places on hold or rejects defective product that does not meet quality specifications. • Enters and maintains quality data results in the quality data management system. • Cross function with programing operator to perform production task if required support. • Ability to check room temperatures and humidity reading. • Ability to audit the machine preventive maintenance record and calibration record. Skill Requirements: • Familiar with component knowledge preferred • Have Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Must have working knowledge of IPC and ISO procedures • Basic computer skills (data entry) required • Ability to stand, walk, twist up to 8 hours per day • Ability to perform simple calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) and applies good mathematical reasoning. • Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision. • Must be able to speak, write and read English. • Positive work attitude and willingness to cooperate.
