Starting Salary: ($10-$18) and up Piece-Rate (Palo Alto, Menlo Park, San Jose, Bonus: $1000- with 2006 and pres. Minivan Sunnyvale, Fremont) Bonus: $2000 with 2003 Cargo Van
Permanent Full Time: (M-F/ TUE-SAT) & Part Time (PM schedules)

GSO-Golden State Overnight is a statewide delivery service with a simple notion that California Companies should not have to pay high national delivery rates for in-state shipments. GSO makes deliveries/ pick-up’s from zip code to zip code.

DUTIES:
Use your own vehicle Minivan, Pick-up truck (4 cylinder) with camper shell, Cargo van, SUV’s Deliver /Pick-up from specified route areas, handling 30-70 stops daily. Ensure Deliveries / Pick-up’s are made and completed in a timely manner. Create a daily computerized/ manual map of route area to optimize stops. Load vehicle with various small to large packages weighing anywhere from 1-100 lbs.

WORK HOURS:
6:30am-2:00pm (end time, depends on when the last package is delivered) / 2pm-8pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Great customer service (positive attitude, friendly and professional) - Punctual, Organized, Cooperative, Work with a Sense of Urgency, and Flexible
• Be able to speak and communicate in English/ knowledge of a second language is useful

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Driver License
• Must have a H6 print out (10yrs) from the DMV with in the last 30 days
• Proof if identification to work in the US
• Dependable personal vehicle or previous experience to drive a company vehicle
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check (7years back)
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job: be on time, lift packages, work safe in a fast pace environment
