Duties include: Receptionist work - such as answering phones, greeting Residents and Visitors and performing various clerical duties in a professional manner. Admissions work – such as giving tours, signing Admission Contracts with Residents and/or Family Members, arranging meeting times, filing and other duties as assigned. Skills include: such as Oral Communication Skills, Written Communication Skills, Telephone Etiquette, Customer Relations, Diplomacy, Organization, Professionalism, Reading Skills and Time Management. Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: Prior Receptionist / Administrative Assistant experience helpful.
