Project Administrator: 2 Positions Fremont & Union City • Set-Up & Maintain Contract Files • Take meeting minutes, prepare to do list from meetings, distribute meeting minutes as directed by RE • Manage vendor print transmittals • Set-up and update/maintain Wong CMS • Assist OE for tasks including: certified payroll, contractor payment processing, change notices/change orders, RFI’s, contract closeout • Draft Transmittals • Date Stamp and distribute all incoming paperwork • Monitor/Maintain SSI compliance • Maintain Logs both in Wong and any in Excel • Meeting Minutes • All Logs • Client Contract Files • Construction Files • Invoice preparation • Certified Payroll review • EWB review sheets • Safety Observation Reports • Safe Plans of Action • Other as directed by PM, RE, OE Requirements: • Construction background • Prior payroll experience • Strong administrative skills include knowledge of computer applications For consideration email resumes to: Steve Lion: stevelion@peaktechnical.com Equal opportunity program/employer.
