We are currently hiring for a Mailroom Clerk, located in San Francisco, CA. This position is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule.

Job Description:
           Responsible for pickup and delivery of mail and packages between post office, company buildings and inter-office locations.
           May act as a courier for messages, documents and packages for in-house deliveries.
           Sorts and distributes mail.
           Prepares outgoing mail, weighing, calculating postage and posting letters and parcels.
           Records postage charges and renews postage meter as required.
           May prepare special reports depicting mail volume by department, destination and courier classification.
           Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
           Normally receives detailed instructions on all work


 

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

           Customer service 
           This is a mailroom environment, so some experiencing with mail machine/FedEx online services preferred but not required.
           Must be able to lift at least 10-20lbs, as we do deliver large parcels to the customer on a daily basis.
