Ceremony Coordinator/ Event Manager Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES: We are looking for an organized and person who can work well with people and possesses management skills. Your duties would include meeting with brides and grooms discussing the details of their ceremony, conducting the wedding rehearsal (managing wedding party and coordinating between vendors and family) and being present the day of the wedding executing the coordination from the rehearsal. The ceremony coordinator will stay through the duration of the wedding serving as a manager’s and catering assistant attending to the bride and groom throughout the day of the wedding.

Catering Server

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES: We are looking for friendly, energetic and hard working catering staff for our two beautiful wedding/ event venues located in Sunol and Fremont. The job would entail setting up tables, chairs, linen and catering equipment with a catering team, serving guests during weddings/ events and cleaning up/ breaking down.

Qualification and special skills: Experience in a restaurant or in catering is very helpful, but not mandatory. We are looking for staff who are friendly, hospitable and can follow direction and work on their feet for 8-9 hours per shift. Speaking Spanish or other languages is also a huge bonus!

Fremont: Solidworks Drafter

Job Description:
Uses Solidworks to produce detailed and explicit drawings for the creation of both standardized and custom recycle equipment

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
·         Work with mechanical engineers to produce detailed and explicit drawings for customer submittal & fabrication
·         Create and revise production (detail and assembly drawings)
·         Collaborate with shop personnel & project manager to optimize production instructions.
·         Provide Engineers and Project Manager with list of needs or missing information
·         Occasionally work in a shop/plant manufacturing environment

Qualifications
·         2d & 3d AutoCAD/Solidworks experience
·         Familiarity w/drafting and engineering techniques and terminology
·         Metal Experience
·         Training with sheet metal and weldments a plus
·         3+yrs experience and completion of CAD Technology program or associates degree
